Practical Training Opportunities
Applicants opting for practical-training placement with RASOMA are equipped with a broad insight into the various divisions of a company active in the engineering industry, starting at production level before moving on to strategic purchasing, R&D, engineering design, technical sales and distribution right through to logistics handling. In addition, they are given the opportunity of putting their acquired knowledge into practice and broadening their experience.

Apprenticeships
Serving an apprenticeship to become a mechatronics engineer will involve you in the assembly and commissioning of subsystems and complex machinery, both in the production plant and on customers’ premises. Opting for an apprenticeship as a milling-machine mechanic equips you with sound knowledge for programming CNC technology and manufacturing components on state-of-the-art CNC machines.
After three-and-a-half years’ training you will be given an opportunity of demonstrating the skills you have acquired by joining the RASOMA Team. Applicants should be prepared to undergo subsequent in-service training according to their aptitude and individuality.
